Coronado National Forest
Sabino Canyon is part of the Coronado National Forest. Hence we work closely with the Forest Service on projects that maintain and improve Sabino Canyon for the enjoyment of visitors.

Regional Partnering Center (RPC)
RPC operates the shuttle service at Sabino Canyon. The new all-electric vehicles were acquired with the support of Tucson Electric Power and began operation in March 2019.

Sabino Canyon Volunteer Naturalists (SCVN)
SCVN is dedicated to sponsoring daily K-6 school field trips to the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area October through April. SCVN also provides year-round interpretation programs for the general public on a wide variety of Sabino related topics through their naturalist led walks, hikes, displays and talks.

Santa Catalina Volunteer Patrol (SCVP)
SCVP members are volunteer rangers who orient visitors and patrol the trails in the Santa Catalina Mountains, which includes the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. They help visitors have safe and informed experiences.

Southern Arizona Rescue Association (SARA)
Skilled members of SARA mount rescue operations to help visitors lost or injured in the remote regions of the Catalina Mountains. SARA works in concert with local authorities to assist those in need.
